The Keller Williams Mid-Atlantic Relocation Professionals want to introduce you to everything Maryland has to offer.

We will be planning on a regular basis a Open House Networking session. At these session you will be able to meet with the Keller Williams Mid-Atlantic Relocation Professionals, comprised of experienced realtors (with nearly 70 years combined experience) from both Maryland's, Bel Air office & New Jersey's, Jersey Shores office. These sessions will be a no pressure, no sales, purely informational format. You will also be able to meet with and obtain information from representatives from the following fields:

      • Lenders
      • Title Companies/Settlement Companies
      • New Home Communities
      • Insurance

Some of the topics that will be covered an presented range from real estate specific topics to where can I shop. They are as follows:

    • What type of housing is available?
    • Housing for 55+?
    • What is the current housing cost?
    • What's my expected driving distance?
    • Where is Aberdeen Proving Grounds?
    • Where is Ft. Meade?
    • Should I buy now or wait?
    • New or resale?
    • What type of loans are there out there?
    • How and who pays for inspections?
    • How are settlements/closings handled?
    • What are the estimated costs?
    • Who pays for what at closing?
    • How fast can I settle?
    • Do I need an attorney to settle in Maryland?
    • How much is home owners insurance?
    • How much is car insurance?
    • Where are the schools?
    • Employment for my spouse or children?
    • How/where do I register my car?
    • Do I need a vehicle emission test?
    • How do I obtain a drivers license?
    • Where are the shopping centers?
    • etc......

As you can see we will be covering a wide range of topics and you will also come away with some goodies, including our Informational Packet w/CD, which includes a ton of information on Maryland in general, with things to do and see once you move here, and it will also come in handy if you decide to take and advance trip down.

Currently we have no Open Houses scheduled, but we are planning to resume after the Summer '08.  All our Open Houses will be @ Gibbs Hall. Please feel free to attend at your convenience, all we ask is that you register to let us know when you plan on stopping by.
