As part of the early BRAC movers, we couldn't be happier with the service we received from Alisa. She's the best. We were concerned about the obstacles that could occur during new construction. But Alisa was right there with us throughout the whole process, making sure that the builder was on schedule so that our move wouldn't be delayed. She even helped us tremendously during the process of making choices for cabiinetry, floor materials, etc. We couldn't have done it without her.

When we got the news we were fortunate to find Alisa & the Move2Maryland team. We started our home search with them in 2006 and ended up finding a place on the water in Elkton in 2007, and we didn't even have our moving papers yet. We interviewed several Realtors to help sell our home and Alisa was one of them. She came prepared with information on our area & neighborhood along with how the listing & selling process works with her. She didn't try to sell us on anything she was just very personable & professional and both my husband & I felt she was the best decision. We weren't disappointed with our choice. She marketed our home very effectively along with kept us informed of all feedback on showings. When it came time to negotiate the offers that arrived, she again did not disappoint us. She also helped us find our new home in Pennsylvania, and to this day we still keep in touch.

I contacted Alisa through her website and interviewed her to list my home in Elkton. During the interview she impressed me with her professionalism and the fact that she wasn't a hard seller. She informed me of how the process would work with her and ask me if I had any questions about her, her company or anything in general. She took notes and went back to her office and within a few days of our meeting she presented to me a Market Analysis (via email) for my home informing me of where my home should be priced. Also, since I was relocating due to a job transfer, Alisa was kind enough to match me up with the perfect Keller Williams agent in Austin, Texas. We were relocating from Maryland to Pennsylvania and was working with another agent in Alisa's office on the sale of our home. She came highly recommended by our realtor. We met with Alisa, where she took note of our wants & needs in regards to where we wanted to be and what was important to us in both our new home and area we wanted to be in. Alisa, showed us several communities that were all within the distance we wanted to be from Harford County (as we both still worked there) and several homes in each, all of which met or exceeded our criteria. Once we made the decision on our new home, Alisa was there through every step of the transaction, ensuring that all inspections and negotiations of issues were handled quickly and professionally. She also stayed on top of the financing process to ensure we settled on time. She is definitely someone we would highly recommend to any of our friends & family considering a sale or purchase of a home in Maryland or Pennsylvania.

Alisa was & is a good friend of ours and it wasn't a question of who we were going to hire in the sale of our investment property (office). Although we are friends, Alisa was very professional and met with us to perform a Market Analysis on our property. She informed us since it was an investment property that we should highly consider a 1031 Exchange, to defer the capital gains taxes to a later date. She explained to us in detail how that process works and what was the limitations and requirements to ensure we qualified for the 1031 exchange. She loaned us a book on Tax-deferred exchanges and recommended a 1031 exchange attorney to handle the funds transfer. Once our property was sold and the proceeds from the sale transfered to the 1031 exchange attorney, we of course hired Alisa to help us find a replacement property. Since Alisa is also licensed in Delaware, we decided to purchase a vacation/rental property in the Delaware Beach communities. Alisa took time to drive us around the beach communities and within 3 weekends we found the perfect new property. Our family is now enjoying our new get-away at the beach and have spent the past 2 years fixing it up. We have invited Alisa & her family out numerous times, but due to her busy schedule she has yet to enjoy the place she helped us find.

I contacted Alisa through her website regarding the listing of my mother's home. She responded to me within a few hours and we setup a time to meet. I decided to go with Alisa as she was not only very professional, but friendly and understanding of my needs. When multiple offers came in on my mother's home, she presented all offers along with some other useful information that helped me choose the right offer. She was there through the whole transaction and at settlement when I began to cry, she leaned over and gave me a big hug. Knowing Alisa since she was a little girl, I knew that when I was ready to sell my home in Hawaii (too big ready to down-size), Alisa was the person to call. Although she was not working in Hawaii any longer she matched me up with the perfect realtor. Alisa, kept in touch on a weekly basis with both me & my realtor. It was assuring to know that although she was thousands of miles away, she still cared enough to look out for me.

Alisa is a breath of fresh air in my opinion. As a single mother and a first time homebuyer, Alisa was always patient, cheerful and full of information on how the whole process works. She recommended several lenders and she educated me in homebuying 101. She was always reachable via phone and email and worked tirelessly to help me find the perfect home for me and my two little boys. When it came time for me to sell that same home, Alisa was the ONLY person I called. Through both the buying and selling of my home Alisa was always happy & upbeat even if I wasn't. She also was very instrumental in putting me together with a Keller Williams Realtor, that worked just like her in South Carolina to help me find my new home. We still keep in touch and she has an open invitation to visit me & my family in SC. I would recommend her in a heart-beat to anyone.

Alisa was referred to me by a realtor in her office. Since my realtor was not licensed in Pennsylvania and Knew I was considering living in Pennsylvania she recommended Alisa. Since I was relocating from Southern California and Alisa used to live there for years, we seemed to click right away. She asked me me a bunch of questions about what I needed in a home and how far I wanted to be from work and then showed me listings in several areas that were all within the timeframe/miles I wanted to be from work. I am now settled into my new home and doing some minor updating (painting) and am quite happy with having being introduced to Alisa. Oh yeah, she also does keep in touch after the sale, when I had some questions on contractors she was right there to help me find someone help me complete a project. Alisa, is someone that I definitely would recommend and use again.

I have to thank the heavens for finding Alisa. Can't remember how we found her, but we are so happy that we did. We wanted to sell our home and move into a bigger one (growing family) and Alisa helped us do both. Both the sale & purchase went so smoothly and even when we were faced with issues Alisa was on top of them to ensure everything went as planned. We are now happily settled in our new home and Alisa is always in touch with us and has become a good friend. When and if we ever decide to sell our new home or if we know anyone that needs a realtor, Alisa will be the only one we recommend.

BTW: She invites all her past clients to the most awesome Hawaiian BBQ at her house every year. It is a must attend event!
